Exercise has wonderful things, of course, and at this point I doubt you need me to tell you about it… But it is NOT a bed of roses, it is NOT always enjoyable, and it also does NOT have to be fun to obtain all its benefits.
I would like to sell you the ULTIMATE magic solution so that you can throw away all those bad experiences you have had with exercise or the three definitive tips so that you can incorporate exercise into your day to day life in a simpler way.
But this, unfortunately, does not work that way.

Below I will continue to tell you things, but for now I will tell you that I have been studying for many years to be able to give you the best answer: it depends.
Seriously, the truth is that it varies a lot depending on the situation you are in, your experience with exercise and many other things.

Nothing better than other people telling you a little about me as well, so here are some real opinions from some of the people I’ve been able to help.

I thought it too until I was 17yo, before I gave myself a chance to try new things.
Even then, it was in the back of my head until I was on my twenties. Despite the fact that exercise was something quite daily in my life, the same thought always came to me and I felt that I did not enjoy what I was supposed to enjoy.
Or worse, I thought that I should not enjoy it, that I should do it as a kind of punishment and that the greater the suffering, the greater the benefit (the classic “no pain no gain” mindset).

What can we achieve?
Many times people ask me if I guarantee success. The answer is no and I’ll tell you why:
Perhaps, what you think “success” is can be a very distorted idea of what “should-be-achieved” actually is.
Each person is different, with a very specific context and with very different life experiences. To assume that someone can guarantee you “success” in something like this would be to be ignorant or worse, to sell smoke.
What I can guarantee you is that I will give everything in me to find the formula that works best for you, even if that includes not working with me.
With the above clarified, this is what I can offer you:
Identify what makes you not be able to enjoy exercise until now.
Learn strategies to start enjoying exercise and physical activity.
Learn to train to be healthy, away from aesthetic obsessions and weight-focused.
Improve your autonomy and your abilities for day-to-day life and whatever you like to do.

Unlearn all the shitty messages that have been sent to you all your life.
This is how the process would be like
First of all, we will always have a free first informative video-call of 15-20 minutes to get to know each other a little and see if I am really the right professional for you at this time. From there it will depend on the plan you choose. Here is a summary of the process:
First, we’ll talk a lot about your situation and needs. We will see how to approach them and how to achieve them, establishing realistic and progressive objectives.
At all times you are a participant and protagonist of your process, so you will always have options to choose from based on your preferences and possibilities.
In addition, we will make a functional assessment to see where you are in general physical condition (strength, endurance, mobility, coordination, etc.).
Once the assessment has been done and with all the data of the interview (objectives, availability, material, etc.) I will make a 100% personalized training program progressively.
Within the Advanced plan, the programming will be updated on demand as you carry out the training. In this way we will be able to adapt to your pace and your progress, as well as we will be able to deal with any unforeseen event.
Within the Intermediate plan, the programming will be done for two full weeks and will be updated every two weeks.
Within the Basic plan, the programming will be monthly.
Communication is for me the fundamental pillar in order to help you achieve your goals.
Within the Advanced plan, communication will be constant through WhatsApp/Telegram/Signal and I will always answer you in less than 24 hours (except weekends). In this way, we will be able to resolve doubts and propose solutions as we go.
On the Intermediate and Basic plan, communication will also be done through WhatsApp/Telegram/Signal and you can still ask everything you need, but I will answer you weekly.
Thanks to all of the above, there will be constant feedback, being able to assess and adapt the training and objectives as we progress.
The “best” training program is useless if it does not adapt to your situation at every step, so it is super important that, on one hand, I can be there to help you and, on the other, you learn to make the changes you need.
This point is transversal to the entire process, since we will take advantage of the informative video-call so that you can learn everything you need. I love that we can unmask myths and ideas about exercisa that have been instilled in us. Therefore, do not be afraid to tell me and ask anything about it.
In addition, you will have access to content on training and sports psychology so that you can learn at your own pace. The final idea is that you learn everything you need so that you don’t have to continue needing my services or anyone else’s 🙂
How much does this cost?
Depending on your needs and possibilities*, you can choose between the Basic, Intermediate or Advanced Plan, both monthly and quarterly. Within each plan you have specified what each one includes.

If you already have enough experience with training or want to go on your own with little supervision.
