It’s not that face-to-face training is better, it’s that each modality has its own characteristics and this can make one or the other fit you better at some point.
There are people who, for whatever reasons, need the commitment to go somewhere, meet with someone in person, have a physical space where they feel safe and comfortable, etc.
My goal will always be that you learn to train and know why you do what you do and how you can progress and make exercise a habit that adds enjoyment to your life, so I am offering a few places of face-to-face and hybrid training in the area of Granada city and surroundings.
Outdoors
Enjoy outdoor sessions. Ideal with good weather and to learn how to train with body weight and without much material
(I carry everything you may need).
In your home
Train wherever you want, I move and bring the specific material for everything you may need.
In training center
Need something specialized? Don’t worry, I collaborate with a leading center in the center of Granada so that you don’t miss anything.

Although my main service is online, I don’t want there to be confusion: I love training in person and it can have many advantages for certain people.

This is how the process would be like
First of all, we will always have a free first informative video-call of 15-20 minutes to get to know each other a little and see if I am really the right professional for you at this time. From there it will depend on the plan you choose.
Here is a summary of the process:
First, we’ll talk a lot about your situation and needs. We will see how to approach them and how to achieve them, establishing realistic and progressive objectives.
At all times you are a participant and protagonist of your process, so you will always have options to choose from based on your preferences and possibilities.
In addition, we will make a functional assessment to see where you are in general physical condition (strength, endurance, mobility, coordination, etc.).
Once the assessment has been done and with all the data of the interview (objectives, availability, material, etc.) I will make a 100% personalized training program progressively.
In the face-to-face modality, we will prepare the sessions one by one and update depending on how you are feeling that day, in this way we ensure much more success, demanding from the body and the head what it can give at all times. You will also have access to the training logs so that you can see the progress.
In the hybrid modality (face-to-face + online) the training will be scheduled depending on how many sessions we do in person and how many you do on your own online.
Communication is for me the most important thing in order to help you achieve your goals.
In both face-to-face and hybrid modalities you will have the option of writing me to ask questions, tell me how you are recovering between sessions, etc.
Thanks to all of the above, there will be constant feedback, being able to assess and adapt the training and objectives as we progress.
The “best” training program is useless if it does not adapt to your situation at every step, so it is super important that, on one hand, I can be there to help you and, on the other, you learn to make the changes you need.
This point is transversal to the entire process, since we will take advantage of the informative video-call so that you can learn everything you need. I love that we can unmask myths and ideas about exercise that have been instilled in us. Therefore, do not be afraid to tell me and ask anything about it.
In addition, you will have access to content on training and sports psychology so that you can learn at your own pace. The final idea is that you learn everything you need so that you don’t have to continue needing my services or anyone else’s 🙂
How much does this cost?
These are the basic prices of the face-to-face modality, the hybrid modality will depend a lot on what you need online and what you need face-to-face so I recommend that if you are interested we schedule an information session to be able to talk about it.
I also have options for training in small groups (2-4 people) if you want to train with more people.
